The interview process was done by a Phone-call, asking about the name, education background, what was my motivation for the work and future development plans and salary expectations as they had a fixed entry level salary.

Very easy, basic questions about tech support. Was asked about how to fix problems with Outlook, proprietary software, and other Windows platforms. In database background I was asked more detailed things.
