The 1st step was a phone screening with basic question regarding ASP.NET Web Forms and SQL. The phone screening seemed good. During the in person interview, I wanted to cuss out the interviewer and leave. The interviewer was unprofessional, rude, and hostile. His body language was constantly negative. His questions were vague. He was bringing up hypothetic scenarios and looking for specific answers. The specific answers he wanted, in my opinion, didn't fit the scenarios he was bringing up. He was condescending and talked down to me. I am a Senior .NET Developer and the interviewer can readily call my previous CTOs for proof of my ability. I also received offers for a senior role from several other companies, so this interviewer was just a complete jerk. I would never accept an offer to work with the company, ever, ever, ever!!!!!! It took the recruiter a few weeks to set up the initial interviewer and I had to contact them to make sure the process was moving along.
