First interview was a group interview, we were 10 and we had to work on a case concerning a store that is doing bad.
It was not really complicated, we spoke about budget, profit & loss management, behavior of the employees, well being of the employees, marketing actions ...
The important thing is to be a good team member, listen to others, be smilly, give ideas ..
The second interview was an interview with One HR & a Japanese.
This one was more about reviewing my background, talking about why I want to join them ...
I am waiting for the result of the second interview to see if I am going to be selected for the next step
Overall positive. The pre-screen was easy. The assessment was very challenging but the online interview was very easy cuz you’ll be interviewing with ai and it only took like 1-2 minutes with a very general question

What do you think is the challenging part of UMC role
Interviewees go in 2 at a time. Interviewers were friendly and took turns asking questions. Sometimes they asked the same question to both interviewees. They spent some time after the interview to explain the career progression process and answer questions.
