Three meetings with the Founder/CEO. He asked about work history, approach to sales, experience with manufacturer's reps and distributors. Followed up on all references and reps. All interviews were conducted by the founder in Sunnyvale California. He asked for 3 references. I offered 5 and he contacted all of them. (Plus one more word.)

Approach to taking the company from introduction to a robust revenue stream. All about my history and experience. Relationship with references. Experience with small local distributors. How I would I train and motivate the reps in the network and how I would replace and add reps.
