A hot mess. They rescheduled the first round of interviews twice because "something came up." When they sent out the email for the new appointment, they made a mistake on the date and time and didn't even notice until I corrected them. The re-rescheduled Zoom interview was with two people from URM and one of them, a director, was 45 minutes late. When I asked them what the starting salary was for the position, they said they couldn't discuss it with me until I was offered the position and would then have to "take it up with HR." Which was the weirdest thing I ever heard. I've never heard a response like that in any job interview. The way they conducted themselves from start to finish was messy and dramatic. I withdrew my application for consideration.
