I was scheduled for an on campus interview after speaking to recruiters from Union Pacific. The interview was nice, but I have not heard from from Union Pacific since the interview.

Mostly social kind of questions - i.e. if you were having difficulty with a coworker, how would you handle it? Or any mistakes I’ve made at previous jobs. It was done over zoom, they didn’t contact me until 2 weeks later that I had the job.

The interview was relaxed and informal. Very cookie cutter interview questions that you would expect anywhere else. Make sure to dress professionally even if virtual. Interview time was roughly 45 minutes long.

The interview was comprised of behavioral questions, mainly focused on how I would fit in with the team and how I respond to challenges. Overall, I had enjoyed their process, which was very straightforward
