They had an open interview day. People just walked in with their resume and signed in. They had 2 interviewers and called you up by your name. The interviewer would talk to you for about 10 mins and then you would know if you got the job or not. As long as you seemed to be outgoing and enjoyed talking to people and customer service it seemed like you got the job.
