Initial group interview. Those who were successful were immediately asked to stay behind and submit biometrics for background check. Second interview with branch services manager +1. Series of competency based questions asked. Job offer.

If a customer was overdrawn on his or her account, what sort of bank product would you offer?
Pretty easy, few phone calls met with branch manger asked how much money I have worked with before, asked how my customer service skills were like and if I handled stress well
It was an online interview at first and I was called for a physical interview which was to take place in Lagos.. The online interview was about management and mathematics
