We exchanged few emails with HR and decided on the interview date in the office in couple of days. I was interviewed by the team leaders. Few basic questions about C/C++, templates, inheritance and concurrency. After that there was a brief discussion about my school projects, if I have any experience with VoIP, and what I know about HTML5. In the end, there was short written test consisting of randomly selected questions about many areas of software development, not necessarily related to your future position.
