Two step Process. Situational and mathematics quizzes and then if you performed well there is one interview of 2 hours with 4 interviewers each one about 30 minutes. Two Associates and Two analyst.

Telephone Interview with 2 people. Questions on valuation, accounting. E.g. What are common valuation methods? What multiples are used? What is a control premium? What is beta? What does a beta of -1 mean? What does a beta of 0 mean? What does a beta of 1 mean.
