Unprofessional I had my first interview with a Data Scientist. Then with HR, and finally with a director. I had trouble accessing the first interview, but it was resolved by rescheduling. Then I had an interview with HR, which went well. Finally, it was time for the interview with the Director. Without any prior notice, I was waiting in the meeting room for an hour only to be told that he doesn't respond, without any explanation. They rescheduled, and when I arrived for the second attempt, the Director was absent. I asked HR, and they said they would notify him. In short, I had to insist to have the interview, and during the interview, it was evident that the person showed little interest and had their mind on something else. After that, two weeks later, I received an email saying that I was not proceeding in the process.
