1. Fill out the application online
2. Phone interview - this will be short and very general and the person conducting it will literally write down what you say verbatim. Questions may include: what style of student-teacher relationship do you prefer, how comfortable are you with feedback, talk about your experience and how you fit with the school (ECT)
3. You teach a portion of the class at the school (for me this happened through a video interview as I didn't live in New York )

15-min demo with real-time feedback in front of about 10 principals and the other candidates. Heavy emphasis on applying TLAC on the spot. One-on-one interview with a school principal afterwards.

Had a hour long interview. 15 Mins class teaching and behavioral one to one interview. They paid for the cost to go there. Also I found it wasn't that difficult

It was easy. lesson plaan and few questions with principal. They ggave me lesson plan. I had to teach for 20 minitues. After that quick interview with the principal. I also had to teach a class of 30-35 students.
