After a phone interview, two in-person interviews (one including an entire day with several interviewers) and two rounds of testing, this company did not have the courtesy to inform me of their decision not to hire me.
Also: they have a good cop/bad cop style of interviewing i.e.: "How would you Jim's job differently?" This line of questioning is very revealing about a company's internal strife.
I accepted an offer at a different organization which has some potential overlap. Based on my experience with UncommonGoods, I choose not to work with them. NYC (esp Brooklyn) is a small town in many ways...manners count.
