There was a 30 minute telephone interview followed by an in person group interview and computer based skills assessment on site. The telephone interview was professional and the interviewer was informative, engaging, cordial, honest, easy to talk with as well as very adept at answering my questions and addressing my concerns. A positive experience all around.
