Interview was in person. CEO was HOURS late. HOURS. When we finally sat down, we had a good conversation. I didn't get a second interview. It was amazing that the CEO was so comfortable wasting that much of someone's time. Clearly a toxic environment with a toxic person running the whole thing. Judging by a lot of the reviews, others have seen it to. Extremely unprofessional and no sense of how to grow this business. Just another "innovator" with a good idea but no wisdom to execute it. Idea has gotten press because it's interesting, but it's all surface. Underneath it, there's no substance here. Proceed with extreme caution.
