There were 3 rounds, first one will be a coding round and they will provide internet access to you. You have to finish it in given time. The 2nd round, they will tell to optimise the code as much as possible and will ask some more questions to test the coding capabilities. The next round is the manager round, it's more of a discussion about your work and theirs. All an all I like the way they pick people, simply on the basis of intelligence, not someone who can brag about tech and answer syntax questions.

They have got worst recruitment team ever encountered.
There was first telephonic round. Was asked to come to Office for F2F round post that. One would expect that if you are called for F2F round things will be sorted the same day. To my surprise after clearing that round. I was asked to come to office again some other day as they had not planned accordingly; though interview was scheduled nearly a week ago.
Fine, since I need a job I will come. Now here anyone working would understand that taking a day off for interview; fighting Bangalore traffic, how one feels to be called again and again for just 1 round per day.
Now this round was with some senior guy; He was very positive about the round. Process did not end here. Recruitment team asked to take some telephonic rounds later. I thanked God that they did not asked me to come again to office for other rounds.
Other 2 telephonic rounds were with company's senior management guys. It went well. Now HR called me for salary discussion and told me that she will get back to me in 2 days, I kept things open ended for discussion. Its been 2 weeks no update from the recruitment team and they are not even answering the calls to help me with feedback. What to say about company culture further?

Entretien
Had got a call from HR asking for an in-person interview. My interview was scheduled at 11:30, reached their office at 11:15 , interview started at 12:00
Round 1 :
1. Minimum Split needed in a binary string such that each resulting substring is a power of 5
-- tried recursive and dp approach but could not do it. Interviewer helped a lot, gave a lot of hints but I was unable to give correct code.
2. Design your own thread pool.
Tried giving an approach similar to newFixedThreadPool(n) but my approach was partially correct. Then interviewer explained the class requirement blocking queue for the task, awaited time for any thread else exit by interrupting , explained how it would shut down
The interviewer was very polite and very knowledgeable, tried giving a lot of hints.
I did not do well in both the question but was promoted to round two
Round2 :
1. Check if BT is symmetric -solved
2. Next greater element in array in o(n)-- solved using stack-based approach
I was told you would have next round in some time but after few minutes HR came and told the interviewer's calander is blocked by meeting, you can leave for the day, we take the next round over phone or skype
Next day I received a mail saying they are not going ahead with my candidature.
It was an overall good interview experience.
