The recruiter was a nice high energy guy and screened me a little on the phone with typical questions that made sense. After that you go in for a grossly corporate pointless one on one interview with a manager. They grade your answers to 6-8 questions that they have to write in your responses to, on a scale of 1 to 3.. 1 being too vague and unfocused and 3 being specific and on point or something like that. I tried to keep up the "high energy and enthusiastic personality" but it's hard when they have to scribble down what you say instead of actually talking with you. If you get it they call you within an hour and if, like me, you don't... You get an email 10 minutes after you walk out the door. School is a scam anyhow and I wish I would have researched it more before wasting my time. They harass potential students, load people up with debt for degrees without proper interning/job placement ops and the top execs came from Trump University.

Applied and heard back a couple days later from the recruiter. I took a computer assessment (no math). Once I was finished I was told I passed and the recruiter took me up stairs for the interview. The interview consisted of 2 interviews one with the hiring manager and then the director. Once I was done I went back downstairs (recruiters office) while they deliberated. A few minutes later, the recruiter came and got me and offered me the job. Overall, a very great interview experience. Be upbeat, have a positive attitude. Im looking forward to my career with UMA!!!
