The WhatsApp interview was relatively quick, lasting around 15-30 minutes. They asked basic HR-related questions, including identity, work experience, strengths, weaknesses, and general background. The process was simple, direct, and focused.

First you will be interviewed with HRD. You need to pass the psychology test something. They need 30 mins to check your test. If you passed, then interview with user. They interviewed me about knowledge of the ERP. I answered correctly but the user can't deal with my salary expectations. So we don't make a deal. To be honest it was not so hight, I think that company want pay you under value. Super wasting time, if they can't afford the expected salary, why they called me in the first place.
