I was referred through a headhunter, though I come from a IT consulting background they were still open to interview with me after initially rejecting my profile. The interviewers were really nice and friendly, transparent and professional in terms with their interview process. I felt culture is a big thing here where they would really try to find someone who could fit in and work with the team members - humbleness and humility were mentioned.
Standard questions were asked. I've been trying to move into sales for a long while and was prepared for those questions. In addition, I was very familiar with their solution offering due to past projects, engagements and completing some of their online courses - as such I really believe in what they provide. There were serious questions, and interviewers were direct with their concerns on my profile but I do prefer straightforward talk as I would be working with them if I received the opportunity. Overall it was a positive experience, I finished most interviews within the same day as they've been recruiting for this position for a while.
Very complete and transparent. Straight forward questions about experience and lots of conversation about expectations before getting into the meat of the interviews so you know what you are getting into.
