STAGE
Un premier contact téléphonique avec la RH (15-30min). Porte principalement sur ma motivation, pourquoi Ubisoft, mon parcours... Et passage en anglais pour tester le niveau
Un second entretien avec le manager (N+1 ou N+2) + RH (45min-1h). Cas pratique marketing (choisir un jeu et mettre en place une campagne marketing).

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Had a preliminary phone interview with HR. Asked me about my current role, experience and general questions about the company I was applying to. Was insightful and answered questions I had about pension and culture.

First an interview with a HR. Then an interview with a brand manager. Then a study case to hand over in one week. Finally a last interview with the brand director. Very close-minded questions where they wait for a very specific answer.
