I applied for 3D Artist. They sent me a test and expected it to be done in less then 5 days. It was very hard test as seems to me they can't find the right candidate for about 2 years.

there was an HR round with introduction along with 2 weeks of art test. after you pass it there will be final ops and art lead round which will finally decide your time there
