I had one phone interview with the CEO, and one Skype interview with the co-founder. The interviews were relatively easy and straight forward. They mostly wanted to be sure that you are fine with a mainly commission based pay structure, and that you truly are passionate about recruiting (it's not for everyone).

Entretien
I applied online for the Technical Recruiter role and received interview requests the following week. I interviewed with one recruiter, co-founder and then CEO via Skype.
It really depends on you whether you can do well.
