I interviewed for the role of Account Manager, Uber Eats. The same day I submitted my application, I was invited to complete the online assessment a few hours later. It was very short, consisting of just 12 questions. I was moved to a phone interview the following week, and the recruiter was very dry; it felt like just a checklist of questions and not a conversation. I moved to the video interview with the hiring manager, which was mostly behavioral-based based and received confirmation to be moved to the final round, which was a case study that I was given 1 week to prepare and present. I ended up withdrawing my candidacy.

Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting

Recruiter never called during the scheduled time for our phone interview. When I reached out to reschedule, she ignored me and cancelled the rescheduled call. Very unprofessional, especially considering that they reached out to me in the first place
