No interview needed just admin paperwork. Also do a health check and car needs to be checked and undergoes a test. It’s very easy and straightforward process. You use the app to do everything as well

straight forward, nothing much actually kind of easy as you just drive and they watvh your safety driving, you should have a uber liscence though and then you can star working althoug the pay nowadays is terrible idk who they think they are
