Didn't get the job but, overall, a very positive and straightforward experience when compared to other companies I've recently interviewed at. I applied online and within days heard back from an internal recruiter asking to schedule a phone screen. Have to say it was one of the most thorough recruiter screens I've ever experienced, they asked lots of specific questions about my background and my skillset. I was asked to talk through examples of projects I had led and to detail the sorts of marketing budgets I was used to managing. They walked me through the employee perks/benefits and let me know they'd review my information with the hiring manager and get back to me by the end of the week, which they did as promised. I wasn't moved forward in the process but I genuinely appreciated the speed and transparency of it all.

Started off rocky with some scheduling issues. Originally had a meeting scheduled with the recruiter, but an external sourcer ended up vetting first without notice. Was then sent back to the initial recruiter for a chat. The rest was straightforward (about 7 total interviews, including a presentation). With holidays, they had a few reschedules pushing me to earlier time slots. I had some big life events I was commicating a workaround for, but there was little flexibility and details given seemed to be ignored. I ended up accomodating the rush. Gave me feedback of "no later than" deadlines twice after finalizing all stages. 2 timelines communicated were missed. Instead of notifying me on delays, I was ghosted for over two weeks on my follow ups after the 2nd promised feedback date.
While I understand the bottlenecks of a hiring process and the politics of keeping things on the hush for another frontrunner, the false timeline promises and lack of communication throughout felt dehumanizing.
While hiring pipelines are quick and competitive, a little candor and transparency goes a long way. From my experience, the recruiter handling my candidacy did not reflect the level of professionalism I would look for in a company.

Friendly, responsive, and transparent recruiter. There was proactive communication about next steps and what to expect at each stage. The process took about five weeks total and included an initial recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, three 30-minute 1:1s, and a final 60-minute panel presentation with four stakeholders.
The interviews were well-structured, and everyone I spoke with was thoughtful and welcoming. Even though I didn’t end up getting the offer, I really appreciated the professionalism and the detailed feedback I received afterward. It made the experience feel worthwhile and gave me helpful insight into areas I could grow. Overall, a really well-run and respectful hiring process.

It was a contract position. The process wasn't very good. The wait time between initial submission and the first round interview is about 3 weeks. The actual job description was vague and didn't really match what they are looking for.
