Get an internal referral, apply, complete assessment (easy, had you attempt to schedule meetings... simple Outlook tasks), then phone screening/talk more about the role/"pass along your resume". Then if you pass, they allow you to interview with the Hiring Manager. If they like you, then you move into final stage which is "usually a total of two hours over zoom, split into two separate panel meetings."
Interview isn't hard per say, but it was very hard to get and then harder once rejected without any proper reason. It seems like a lot of mini-side quests, but if that's you're thing, go for it!

Question 1
Why do you want to work here, what's your experience in sales
My interviewer was 10 minutes late to our 30 minute interview and the call was finished in ~15 minutes. Interviewer did not seem interested to be speaking with me at all, and asked where I was located 2x during the call, and just looked displeased with me whilst asking questions.

The interview process is a 3 step process where you meet with different people on the teams and answer different behavioral questions and the last interview is a final presentation

During that conversation, she identified a better fit for me in a different vacancy and invited me to pivot to that role. I was then assigned a case study with a one-week deadline. I presented the case to a panel and was offered the job the next week
