J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Uber (Melbourne) en nov. 2015
Entretien
1. resume, cover letter and a few application questions
2. Analytic test
3. Phone interview with HR
4. Interview with Operations Manager
I was told there would be more stages after this but I did not make it through. Interview with HR was about experience, why Uber, skills that would be useful to the role etc. Face to face with Operations Manager was similar questions but also asked how side projects I'd set up outside work etc, be prepared to really sell yourself.

Question 1
they will deep dive into your experiences, also how frequent you use those data tools
J'ai passé un entretien chez Uber (Varsovie, Mazovie)
Entretien
Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.
Pretty easy at early stages - just need to know about supply and demand basics. Analytics test is harder, but manageable if you know Excel well. They are definitely interested in your problem solving abilities and ability to "get things done" with minimal supervision.
