For 2018 - 5 stages (+1 optional) : 1) Recruiter screening - go through the cv, job description and what the interview process looks like 2) Data analytics test - 1 hour 3) Hiring manager interview - test on role fit 4) Bar raiser interview - test on culture fit 5) Case study - problem solving scenarios 6) Drinks with the team - follow up casual session with the team to test team fit. Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.
Pretty easy at early stages - just need to know about supply and demand basics. Analytics test is harder, but manageable if you know Excel well. They are definitely interested in your problem solving abilities and ability to "get things done" with minimal supervision.
Easy and good with few layers of tech question. Overall good thing. They will ask about data and logical question. So overall process of program is required. 3 total rounds
