Interviewed over 2 months, had 6 interviews and a panel discussion where I presented my assignment. The entire process was so badly handled that I just wanted it to get over. One interviewer was talking on the phone while taking the interview and putting me on mute. The recruiter was not able to update the status unless called twice or thrice. Most interviewers behaved as if they were just completing a boring drill.

Quick and professional, no difficult questions but limited flexibility in their expectations. Had to be 100% ready from the get go, no room to grow into the role (specifically SQL knowledge).

It was a recruiter phone screening, and I didn't prepare well enough. Just know that Uber phone screenings could have some serious questions. It was definitely a lesson well learned.
