I applied and was contact 4 weeks later. The initial phone interview went well, I was asked about my experience, why I wanted to work at Uber, other companies I was looking into, and what I was looking for in the position. The interview went well and the recruiter told me he could be scheduling a second interview later that week. I never heard from him despite several follow-up emails that week. A week later, he emailed me from a totally different email address and said we would not be moving forward in the interview process. The major disappoint here was being lead slightly astray about the second interview, and also the "Uber does not offer interview feedback" - which I thought was pretty unprofessional.

I already was interested in working for Uber. I met some people who were working for Uber and got introduced by mail to HR. Didn't got selected because they were looking for more of a SR for this role. All though I didn't got the job it was a pleasant introduction; they replied on the same day and also suggested we can keep in contact for possible upcoming JR roles.
