Very intensive recruitment process, that provides the opportunity the get to know a large number of people. Developing the city presentation certainly helped to get a clearer understanding of the role and also provides an opportunity to create a real differentiation towards other candidates. So take this step really seriously!
Overall, the professionalism of the recruitment process heavily depended on the people involved. Minor things that bothered me were last minute rescheduling and long wait times for new interview slots, but the interview talks were very positive.
I received the offer and also accepted - but left the company within less than 12 months, since I was very disappointed with the leadership of my direct manager as well as the corporate culture.

Was very rude treatment, late start, joining halfway through a case presentation asking questions that have already been covered.
This was after 1 week of preparation and several rounds on interviews.
Took weeks between each interaction. Guess it was because they hadn't decided 100% to move into the market where I'm located, but still. Ended up with nothing that I guess was the best for both parties.
