I applied online and got an e-mail less than 24 hours later. I then had a Skype interview (just audio) a few days later. The recruiter was 10 mins late, but apologised. She was very friendly. During the interview I learned that this role required working from the launch city 4 to 5 days a week (which would have been helpful to mention in the job ad). Therefore I discounted the role, but she explained that the Operations Logistics Manager would be very similar. We agreed that I will do a test for that role. The test took 2 hours, can be completed from home and was very analytics focused. I now find that the focus of the Operations Logistics Manager isn't really the same as what I interviewed for. A few days after completing the test I got an e-mail saying that due to the test results I wasn't selected for an additional round of interviews (which would have been several back to back interviews).
