I applied on Monday night. I woke up to an email requesting my availability for a phone interview within the next 2 weeks. We set a date for Wednesday at 12:15PM CST. Wednesday comes, 12:15PM passes and I call the recruiter to ask if the interview is still on, I get no answer. After 20 mins I get a call from my interviewer, she starts off by saying the wrong name of the hospital and refers to her old job. Then we start the interview, she says I see you are requesting 65K a year for this position and states that the starting pay for the quality assurance position is 39k. I inform her I would not be able to take a pay cut that substantial and we concluded the interview.
