Met with the Supervisor and Manager, they asked questions about past employment and qualities and situational questions...what would you do if you had a problem with a co-worker...how do you handle tense situations...etc. They are just trying to gauge if you would make a good fit. They already know what qualifications you have from your application and phone interview. You just have to impress them with your professionalism.
