Phone interview with a member of HR, followed by two face to face interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with a few team members that you will work with on a daily basis. A skills test was also included in the interview process during the first face to face interview with the hiring manager.

Initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. Was sent a take home assignment to do. Met with the hiring manager, and two other staff in the department. Asked about my experience with statistical software and working with healthcare data. One question about the assignment. Follow up call with a member of HR to provide references. Was made an offer shortly after references were checked. Took about 3 weeks.
