Entretien
First round of interviews was done with a recruiter from the company. Second round of interview was conducted with hiring manager and clinic manager. Third round of interviews was nine with a panel that consisted of a case manager supervisor, and other case manager throughout the region. The interview was pretty straightforward and well organized. The questions were typical for most interviews. Received an offer the following week.

A few of the questions are as follows. Please describe a situation where you and a coworker did not agree on a treatment plan or how to handle a patient situation. Please tell us about your experience in case management. Can you describe the type of technology you have used in prior roles. I can you tell us a little bit about her background and history. Please describe what case management is to you. What would you do if you had to fire an employee?
