I applied online and was contacted nearly 2 months later for an interview. They gave me the option to interview online or in person and I opted to go in. The coordinator let me know I would be meeting with the whole communication department leadership team and so I did some research on each of them to be able to know who they were and what their backgrounds were. That helped in the interview. I met with 5 people and the interview lasted at least an hour and a half. They did tell me the hiring process is slow there and I am waiting to hear if I will get an offer. Everyone was nice, they asked lots of questions regarding examples of past situations I have been in professionally that could shed light on how I would handle some of the issues on their team.
