Spoke with the Reg VP via a couple of phone interviews to discuss my experience and how it relates to the duties of their open position and their culture and expectations and policies and recruiting procedures etc.
A couple weeks later, I met with the reg vp at another location and met with the hr director of one of the facilities that I would be working at and the CNO. I eventually started working for another facility and not the original one, but all in all it was a good interview process and went well.
