After the phone screen with the recruiter, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. 2 minutes after the conversation started, he said that my resume suggested I wasn't a good fit for the role. He hadn't looked at my resume prior to the call; effectively ended up wasting our time. It was clear he was looking for something very specific as far as background and skills were concerned. Should not have bothered.
Easy and straight forward interview process to understand fit and how you would play into the company. Recruiters were solid and they moved relatively quickly in comparison to other companies
