I applied online through the company website, then I've been contacted with HR person and we had a video call for about 1 hour, just normal hr interview questions and it went smooth and good overall. Then I have been invited to the office for a technical interview with the CTO, was about basic data structures and algorithms questions.

it was pretty good a friendly , he tried to explore my knowledge and problem solving skills
he tried to figure out if i'll fit in this place
after interview he told me more information about the company word and environment
