J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez UST (Bengaluru) en avr. 2022
Entretien
The interview was scheduled by a consultancy for the role of Java Springboot Developer with Microservices. There was a 1st technical interview scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted 1 hour. The interviewer was friendly and asked around the most obvious topics for 7+ years of experience.
Broad level topics: Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Java 8 concepts and a program. Spring family- Core, MVC, Boot, microservices, security. Rest.
However, after the interview HR never came back and I feel this is very unprofessional. I followed with the UST HR, but they never replied. I contacted consultancy HR, they also have not received my feedback from UST.
I have read about UST, regarding this issue and many people who interviewed share similar experience.
My two cent to UST HR - Provide proper feedback to candidates whether negative or positive. Show same level of proactiveness before and after the interview. You are losing out on good candidates as well as your reputation. I will suggest people to keep UST in their lowest priority .
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Topics mentioned in the description. Interview is easy to moderate.
Screening round followed by the technical coding round.
The initial HR screening round was smooth and professional, followed by a technical coding round with the panel. However, the overall experience in the second round was disappointing. The interview panel was unprofessional in their approach, frequently laughing at responses and making the candidate feel uncomfortable. The interaction lacked basic courtesy and respect expected in a professional interview setting. Most questions were scenario-based with a coding problem, but the overall conduct of the panel made it a negative experience. I did not find the process aligned with a fair or respectful interview environment.

The interview was conducted online. During the technical discussion, the interviewer repeatedly implied that I might be looking up answers elsewhere, despite me responding based on my own experience and project knowledge. This made the conversation uncomfortable and felt disrespectful. Instead of clarifying doubts constructively, assumptions were made about my honesty
