I hired by the keltron ,First we had an aptitude test , interview an training in keltron knowledge centre ,then have a Technical round,Hr round interview based on what we learnt from the training centre
It was a good process took almost 4 hours. Had to wait in the lobby for a very long time. They were not punctual about the time. The office was in Whitefield. Asked questions regarding testing
The interview was a mix of technical round and a HR round which consisted of real world scenarios and they put the candidate in some situations which tested decision making ability and calmness under stress
