I am very honoured to be interviewee of HR team.I had 4 rounds.First was a telephonic interview.Second was a video interview.and Third and fourth round was face to face interview.My profile was shortlisted through employee referral program.Its indeed pleasure to join with UST as Junior HR associate.Hoping a great learning experience.

The interview process included an initial one-round face-to-face interview wherein the basic details and such other related questions are asked. Thereafter, another round of telephonic interview with the Senior Manager was conducted in the following week to learn about the subject knowledge and interest towards the respective job vacancy. Henceforth, the selection proceedings were carried out within two weeks time.
