Typical phone interview. Position sounded good. Challenging enough but not difficult. Pay sounded good. Outlook sounded good for the company. Growth/promotion potential wasn’t very strong and the PTO policy was offensively low. Stopped interview at that point. 12 days PTO is insanely low, especially if you have kids.
