Overall the interview process was long, drawn out and time consuming. The recruiter was extremely helpful, provided a lot of description and was very encouraging. However, the manager and team members who interviewed me were inconsistent in feedback. Third interview one of the people showed up 10 minutes late, asked rushed questions, then immediately logged off leaving the other person to carry the interview by herself. Feedback from late employee who took no time to meet me was poor, feedback from those who took the time to meet me was great. After that interview I then had one or two more (believe this was 4 or 5 meetings/interviews total). The interview process seems long so they can weed out those who can’t handle role early on.
