Phone interview that was no more than 20 min followed by a 30-40 minute Skype interview that was mostly behavioral with one case question. Employees were very friendly and provided a lot of feedback about the company and role to give you a good understanding of what you're getting into

Entretien
Went well. Interviewed two heads of the department and then did a final interview with the director. Overall easy going, with little emphasis on skills but overall showing a willingness to learn was the biggest aspect.

Very conversational and the recruiter helped me through each step of the interview process. They were very insightful and proud to show the culture of the company. There were 3 interview steps, one with the recruiter, HR, then with the CEO and CHR of the region
