Phone screen interview - 30 minutes with talent acquisition specialist. It was a basic screening interview. They were in a hurry to fill the position, due to a recent acquisition that this position would be managing.

Background and experience, first. Next open ended questions about strengths and weaknesses. Next describe something difficult you had to do. Described the situation which included integration of a newly acquired block of business and operations. ASked what caused stress on the job. Asked what the salary needs were.
