Entretien
I was recommended by another employee. I was contacted by a recruiter who sent me an email to a link allowing me to take a personality screening profile. She called back with the results. Although they weren't optimum, she took the time to ask questions to see if there were strengths that weren't readily seen within the constraints of an online test. Once the recruiter was satisfied, I had interviews with the regional practice leader (twice), the location practice leader and the divisional head. Five interviews in all before receiving the offer.

Interview was very thorough and just as much as the company was interviewing me, I felt that they gave me many opportunities to interview them. I felt like I had a good understanding of the business goals and vision to be able to determine if it felt like it would be a good match.

Entretien
I initially had a phone interview with the hiring VP. She was very nice and really helped me understand the position. There were pretty general interview questions. I then had a skype interview followed by a phone call/role play with a higher up on the east coast. They also had me speak with a current employee. It was a good experience.
