Didn't ask much. Just asked if i liked working my own hours. Made it seem like the leads were better. Also seemed like they would hire anyone.They are more into just finding agents then actually offering them something great. They lead you on its really not fair. I went in thinking i would be working for myself but my manager was such a jerk. he seemed really nice in the interview but after when i started working there he was SO MEAN. Thats why i only went through my trainer for anything i needed.

Group interview at first with a presentation. By the leader of the agency .Goes into 1 on 1 interviews with the leader of the teams after that. Whole process took around 3 hours.

Great interview! There are 6 different streams of income so there is always room to make great money with this job. The manager was friendly, very informative and clear about the job description.

Group interview. Have to make it thru that to get an individual. Need to have about $1k saved so you can start. They have preset questions to ask you. Meeting with all different managers to find out what team you'll be placed on.
