I applied online and then received notification requesting a phone interview. The interview was fairly brief and did not try to throw any curve balls. The team is essentially checking for fit, work ethic, and interest. The interviewers were very casual and friendly and even asked me about things like my class schedule. I very much enjoyed the interview.
